We had Ben from Lakebrink come to our house after having difficulty with a furnace that is 15 years old and suddenly didn’t light. We had used another company that did troubleshoot extensively and couldn’t solve the issue after a number of visits. Exhausted after waking at 3 am with the house temperature at 60, we decided to try Lakebrink. Luckily, they were able to send Ben that day. Ben was professional, expedient, and well-versed due to his training. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem, and more importantly, was able to FIX the problem allowing the system to work normally again. I cannot recommend Lakebrink Heating and Air Conditioning enough. From the bottom of our hearts, Ben saved the day and our weekend…..especially since the highs for the next few days are 15, 6, and 6 degrees respectively! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Definitely a 5-star company. I have a 15-year-old Daikin system. Last Saturday night it shut down. Got it working but only the heat pump and not the auxiliary heat. Kathy took my call and was pleasant and professional. She conferred with a service technician and offered to send him out but the system came back on. At 7:30 am Monday, service technician Ben showed up. In an hour he found the problem. Bad circuit breaker. Special order. He showed up two days later and installed the breaker and the system is up and perfect. Donna took my calls and was helpful and professional. Ben was courteous, expert, and thorough. I can’t recommend Lakebrink enough due to Donna, Kathy, and Ben. Highly recommended. No affiliation with the company.

Friendly and professional staff, they let me know during the quote what they were thinking about doing with an odd fitting, but that they would discuss it with others before getting back to me to make sure it was the best route to go with. During installation, they got done what needed to be done, showed and explained it, answered any questions, and I’d use this company again.

Again, Lakebrink comes through. I requested a check-up before the summer heat. The young technician was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and checked out the entire heat pump system. He found a capacitor that was going bad and replaced it with another like it (didn’t have exactly mine on the truck) but even though it was more expensive only charged me the normal charge for the one I needed. I will always use them. Very highly recommended!
