North American Technician Excellence (NATE)
North American Technician Excellence (NATE) is an independent, third-party organization that develops and promotes excellence in the installation and service of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment by recognizing high-quality industry technicians through voluntary testing and certification. Our technicians have passed the rigorous testing necessary to qualify as NATE Certified Technicians.
Missouri Propane Gas Association
The Missouri Propane Gas Association is a trade association representing members who sell propane or propane appliances and equipment in Missouri. We exist to serve the propane industry by promoting safety education and public awareness of the uses of propane.
LOCAL 36 INFORMATION:
Our technicians are some of the most highly trained in the area. A journeyman technician will have completed an 8000 hour apprenticeship consisting of both on the job training, as well as training classes at the Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 36 JATC. They are trained on all aspects of the HVAC trade including; gas and electric furnaces, A/C’s, heat pumps, geothermal, mini splits or ductless systems, in floor radiant heat, boilers, rooftop units, and more. They are also trained in zoning systems, WIFI-thermostats, humidifiers, air cleaners and airflow distribution.
All technicians are also drug tested, Osha certified and all journeyman technicians hold a mechanical license.
