Again, Lakebrink comes through. I requested a check-up before the summer heat. The young technician was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and checked out the entire heat pump system. He found a capacitor that was going bad and replaced it with another like it (didn’t have exactly mine on the truck) but even though it was more expensive only charged me the normal charge for the one I needed. I will always use them. Very highly recommended!

We’ve used Lakebrink for several years to service our old heat pump and add freon when needed to help it limp through another summer. This summer, it finally died and we needed a completely new system. They came through with a reasonable estimate, helped with everything, got us scheduled as soon as possible, and installed much faster than expected. To say we were thrilled would be an understatement. Our new system kept the whole house cool through the brutal summer months and as a cherry on top, they sent a lovely thank-you package with a custom tumbler and homemade cookies (including the recipe).
