Andy came to the house looked over my existing HVAC system and told me he would give me a few options and pricing. A couple of days later I was given a personalized book of my options with pricing as well as pricing for the removal of the old equipment. It was very professional and thorough. I met with Andy again at their shop, we finalized the details and scheduled an installation time. His crew showed up at the agreed-upon time and got right to work. It took 2 days for the entire system to be replaced including some of the over 75-year-old ductwork. The finished work was a great improvement over the old stuff and the new duct work that was installed gave me more headroom in the basement. The day after the installation one of the service guys stopped by to show me how to use and maintain the new system and then a few days later they stopped by to check to make sure everything was operating properly. How cool is that! I could have gotten a cheaper unit elsewhere but you get what you pay for and Lakebrink was more than worth the price.

Lakebrink has been taking care of our HVAC system for 15 years. Never a problem. Always on time and efficient. Kathy is great. We had a weekend emergency and she got right on it. Today Ryan came out and solved the issue and took the time to explain everything. All the techs are great.

We’ve had Lakebrink service our AC for the last two years now. They are always very polite, professional, and thorough. We will definitely keep using this company! This might not matter to some people, but I really appreciate that they always wear shoe covers when they come in the house as most companies don’t require their service reps to wear them.

Lakebrink does great work, these guys know their jobs and are great workers. The technician that came to my house was a guy named Dustin. The guy was very polite, respectful, considerate, and patient with my dogs which mattered to me. This man was knowledgeable, intelligent, skilled, prepared, and timely. He came and fixed our furnace right before temps dropped immediately as the part came in they were here installing it. This company went above and beyond all expectations and will be highly recommended by me and my family. I don’t normally post reviews but this was worthy of it. I can’t thank them enough!
